Returns
We love the products we’ve made, and we think you will too.
If your experience with our products is not as you would have hoped, we would love to help resolve this for you. Our Customer Care team thrive on finding the perfect fit for a Customer - using the right Dosha means the most effective active ingredients are being applied to your hair and scalp, harnessing our hair goals of harmony, protection and health.
Please get in touch with us on info@champohaircare.com if you are at all uncertain about your experience with our products. We do ask that you get in touch within 90 days of the date of your original order.
There are a couple of exceptions we would like to mention:
Pitta Growth Serum, please do note this product requires a course of 12 weeks of daily application to see an improvement in hair growth. We are happy to provide usage guidance before this 12 week point to help the product’s effectiveness but a refund will not be provided until the full 12 week course has been completed.
Shampoo Brushes and Conditioner Combs, we are sorry we don’t offer refunds on these items due to hygiene reasons.
Any queries received after the 90 day point will be dealt with on a case by case basis and we are not able to refund orders after this time period has elapsed.
Returned UK orders can take up to 14 business days to be received. Once received, refunds take 3 to 5 business days to be reflected on your account.
UK - Free Returns
For UK customers - Please contact our customer service team via email at info@champohaircare.com and we will arrange for you to return your items free of charge.
For customers outside the UK unfortunately we are unable to cover the cost of the return.
Sale items
Unfortunately, only full priced items can be refunded.
Faulty / Damaged Items
We work hard to ensure the products you receive in your order are in perfect condition. If this is not the case, please email us on info@champohaircare.com within 7 days of your order receipt with photos of the damage and we will provide a suitable resolution for you.
Order Cancellations - UK
If you have ordered in error, we would be happy to resolve this for you, please get in touch with us on info@champohaircare.com within 14 days of your order and we will be happy to provide a link to our free Returns service which can be used to return your unopened items for a refund.
If you would like to receive an item/s in exchange, please let us know which items you intended to order, we will be happy to provide a link to our free Returns service which can be used to return your unopened items. Once received and confirmed as in unused condition, we will process your replacement order.
Order Cancellations - non UK
If you have ordered in error, we would be happy to resolve this for you, please get in touch with us within 14 days of your order and we will be happy to help. Items must be unopened and unused and include the original despatch note. If you haven't kept your despatch note simply email us at info@champohaircare.com to retrieve your order details.
