This 10-minute massage how-to using our Gua sha scalp comb helps you optimise marma massage benefits.

  1. Part your hair down the centre, from the front of your hairline to the nape of your neck.
  2. Dot 3-4 drops of Pitta growth serum on your parting and across the scalp.
  3. Take your Gua sha scalp comb and place it at the front of your parting along the parting line. Slowly stroke down towards your ears.
  4. Repeat step 3. Progress down the parting line, all the way to the nape of your neck, covering all 6 key marma points.

Extra massage tips

#1 Gentle action is key. Light pressure is all you require for our Gua sha scalp comb to perform effectively. Heavy or prolonged pressure on the scalp can hinder progress.

#2 Take your time and scalp massage once or twice weekly. 10+ minutes can greatly enhance results, though any time you spend doing it will be of benefit. You can work in the same area several times. So, if a certain spot feels particularly good, simply dwell a little longer.
