All UK Chämpo orders are shipped using Amazon tracked service. Please see below for our delivery options and charges:

• UK Standard (2 business days) - £2.95
• Free UK standard delivery on all orders over £35

Orders placed before 1pm are processed the same day. 

Please note: If an order is placed after 1pm on Friday it will not be dispatched until Monday and the applicable working days delivery time will apply.

UK delivery is available Monday - Friday (excluding bank holidays).

Kindly note, we are unable to deliver to the Channel Islands and are working hard to make this available again.

We ship to: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands & U.S. (from our U.S. website) 

All EU Chämpo orders are shipped using Deutsche Post Tracked Service and their local shipping partners. Please see below for our delivery options and charges:

• EU Standard (5-11 business days) - €3.95
• Free EU standard delivery on all orders over €60

Kindly note, due to EU regulations the maximum value of EU orders can not exceed €150 excluding VAT and delivery charges. If your order is going to exceed the €150 limit, then please split your order into more than one sale so each order is under the limit. Orders split like this will be sent separately to comply with regulations and due to this, the postage cost will need to be on each part of the order. 

All Australian Chämpo orders are shipped using Australia Post Tracked Service and their local shipping partners. Please see below for our delivery options and charges:

• Australia Standard (8-10 business days): AU$10
• Free Australian standard delivery on all orders over AU$80

All Canadian Chämpo orders are shipped using Australia Post Tracked Service and their local shipping partners. Please see below for our delivery options and charges:

• Canada Standard (6-9 business days): CAD$10
• Free Canadian standard delivery on all orders over CAD$80

Duties and Taxes - Our website prices cover duties and taxes, meaning your package will arrive at your door with no additional fees to pay.

Countries may be added or removed on an ongoing basis, please check this site regularly.

We are unable to offer complimentary returns for non-UK orders but if you are unsatisfied, our Customer Care team at info@champohaircare.com would be delighted to assist you.

While we do everything we can to get your parcel to you as soon as we can, please understand that we have no control over the delays experienced by our shipping partners and EU customs.

Unfortunately, at this time we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or BFPO addreses.

US Shipping - For orders placed on our US site, free Delivery on all orders over $75 Shipping for all other orders at $6 (7-15 days).
