Black Friday Promotion
Our Black Friday sale starts on Friday 29th November 2024 at 8am and ends on Monday 2nd December 2024 at midnight, with up to 30% off selected items.
During Black Friday, only the largest discount can be applied.
Discount codes will not work on the website during this time. We would recommend subscribing to our newsletter and following us on instagram to stay up to date on any future offers.
Gift cards can be used for payment as normal.
All UK Chāmpo orders are shipped using Amazon tracked service. We aim to dispatch all standard delivery orders within 48 business hours.
Due to the busy period, there may be minor delays in receiving your order (2 to 3 working days longer than normal). You’ll receive a tracking link when the order is dispatched. Please allow 5 days before contacting our customer care team on shipping queries.
During Black Friday we are not offering express shipping. Orders will be shipped using Standard Tracked Delivery (2 to 3 working days longer than normal).
All our deliveries can be tracked, so you will be sent a tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. Should you need further help, please reach out to info@champohaircare.com.

To return your order, simply email our Customer Care Team at info@champohaircare.com and include the email address used to place your Chāmpo order. You will be asked a few questions so we can best resolve this for you. Kindly note our team aims to respond to all queries within 24-48 hours Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays.
Please note that all items must be returned unused, with authentic labels and in original packaging. If goods returned are not in a re-sellable condition, we may not accept your return.
If you receive a damaged item, please reach out to info@champohaircare.com with a photo of your damaged parcel and our Customer Care team will be able to assist you further.
While we work closely with our retail partners to ensure they have access to our products, each retailer independently determines their own promotions, including any Black Friday sales. This means that the discounts and offers they choose to run are at their discretion. You will need to contact the retailer directly should you have any queries regarding your order. We won’t be able to process any refunds should you wish to make a purchase with one of our retailers directly.

Returned UK orders can take up to 14 business days to be received. Once received, refunds take 5-10 business days to be reflected in your account.
Orders placed on champohaircare.com process and ship very quickly. We will do our best to modify an existing order if you email our Customer Care Team at info@champohaircare.com, but we offer no guarantee that your order will be canceled or modified. In the event that it cannot be amended, our team would be deilghted to arrange an exchange or return for you. Kindly note at this time we do not offer returns or exchanges for non-UK orders.

Promotions and Discounts
We send an automatic email to everyone that subscribes to our newsletter containing a unique code. Sometimes our emails are filtered into spam or promotional folders so do check there if you haven't received it. If you haven't already subscribed, you can do so at the footer of our website.

We are delighted to confirm we are a British brand and our products are made in the UK.
Chāmpo products are formulated for all hair types including fine or thinning hair, curly hair and afro hair textures.

We are unable to offer samples free of charge but we do offer 50ml travel-sized shampoo and conditioner for purchase online exclusively with Selfridges so you can be sure you’re happy with the products before purchasing a full-size item. They can also be purchased in-store at Selfridges London, Harrods Knightsbridge and all H Beauty locations. Kindly note we do not offer samples of our Weightless hair oil or Pitta growth serum.

Product
We are happy to confirm that our products (aside from our Shampoo brush) are suitable for and have been tested on individuals with hair extensions. We would recommend that you consult your care instructions as the method is equally important as the products used.
We are happy to confirm that all of our shampoos and conditioners are acid balanced, with a pH between 5.5 to 6.5.
We can confirm Chāmpo is suitable for both men and women.

As our products are +98% natural they may vary due to natural ingredients but we can assure you these products are safe and will work to their same, high-performance standard.
Usage
Our Pitta growth serum blends optimised levels of highly stimulating, high performance plant actives and oils, yet is reassuringly light and non-greasy so can be used daily, morning or evening, without washing hair everyday.
We would recommend the following technique:
Section dry or damp hair, apply 3-4 drops (but start with 1 -2) to fingertips and massage into the whole scalp or target areas of concern. Style as usual. Use daily.
Kindly note this product is intended to be applied to the scalp and not the shafts of hair.
As our products are concentrated with active botanicals, only a very small amount is needed for it to be effective. For best results we recommend the following:
Shampoo
Dispense a 5p -10p sized amount of shampoo into the palm of your hand, mix with water to make a low foaming cream before massaging into your wet scalp, then rinse. You only need to shampoo the hair once.
Conditioner
Apply to mid-ends of hairs, comb through gently when wet before rinsing. If you blow dry your hair we recommend applying a small amount of conditioner to towel dry hair to prevent flyaway and give added heat protection.
As our Weightless hair oil is a blend of 100% plant oils and active botanicals, you only need to use a very very small amount for it to be effective. We would suggest starting with 1-2 drops applied to dry hair from the mid-length to the ends. This product is not intended to be used on the scalp.
Our Leave-in perfecting cream harnesses our Chāmpo Acti-power™ Complex to strengthen hair and restore internal keratin bonds while sealing the outer cuticle to instantly smooth, shine and volumise.
We would recommend the following technique:
Work 2-4 pumps through from mid-lengths to ends of damp or dry hair.
Ingredients and Formulations

Some of our ranges utilise nut oils, such as macadamia nut. However, we cannot guarantee there are no traces of nuts in any products. To err on the side of caution, we would advise against using our products if you have a nut allergy.

Our Pitta growth serum is formulated with +98% naturally derived ingredients and are free from SLS, Parabens, Silicones, Synthetic fragrance, Phthalates, DEAs, MEAs, TEAs, GMOs and artificial colour.
This bi-active, trichological serum includes Caffeine to target the hair loss hormone, DHT, to help delay shedding and stimulate hair growth, Creatine amino acid to help improve volume and build body, and Ayurvedic Haritaki Extract to invigorate the scalp and promote hair growth. All of our products are vegan and cruelty free, from ingredient sourcing to production. We do not conduct or commission animal testing of any of our formulations or ingredients, choosing instead to test the efficacy of our products via selected human participation groups. We choose not to mask our products with artificial colour or synthetic chemical stabilisers to guarantee a specific tone. Because of their natural formulations, you may notice some variation in colour. Our products undergo stringent quality checks to ensure they all conform to the highest specifications and any colour variants has no impact on the performance of the product.
We can confirm our topical products are formulated from +98% naturally derived ingredients and are safe for use whilst pregnant or breastfeeding.
Our ingestible products are formulated with high levels of essential nutrients so we recommend consulting with a doctor before use.
