Orders placed before 1pm are processed the same day. Order before 1pm to Monday - Thursday to qualify for next day delivery.
Please note: If an order is placed after 1pm on Friday it will not be dispatched until Monday and the applicable working days delivery time will apply.

International Delivery
All EU Chāmpo orders are shipped using Deutsche Post Tracked Service and their local shipping partners. Please see below for our delivery options and charges:
- EU Standard (5-11 business days) - €3.95
- Free EU standard delivery on all orders over €60
- We ship to: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands & Sweden, U.S. (from our U.S. website)
Duties and Taxes - Our website prices cover duties and taxes, meaning your package will arrive at your door with no additional fees to pay.
Countries may be added or removed on an ongoing basis, please check this site regularly.
Please note: If an order is placed after 1pm GMT on Friday it will not be dispatched until Monday and the applicable working days delivery time will apply.
We are unable to offer complimentary returns for non-UK orders but if you are unsatisfied, our Customer Care team at info@champohaircare.com would be delighted to assist you.
While we do everything we can to get your parcel to you as soon as we can, please understand that we have no control over the delays experienced by our shipping partners and EU customs.
Unfortunately, at this time we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or BFPO addreses.
US Shipping - For orders placed on our US site, free Delivery on all orders over $75 Shipping for all other orders at $6 (7-15 days).
