The thing with products like this is that it’s impossible to know what your hair would’ve been like without using it. So it’s fortunate that this smells lovely, feels nice to out on, and doesn’t make my hair sticky or greasy or otherwise icky. My hair possibly is a bit thicker, but whether it’s using this or eating better than I usually do is hard to tell. I have only been using it a month, so time may tell.
Customer service promises big with lots of friendly email offers of help. My order was delivered to the wrong house and I didn’t receive it until 10 days later. Not Champo’s fault, but I did let them know when it hadn’t appeared, despite the delivery notification, especially as I wasn’t impressed by them using Amazon anyway. Not a peep in response - it would’ve been nice to have had a follow up, but perhaps a bit much to expect in the pre-Christmas rush.
