I bought the Pitta Volumising System in the hopes that I could try what seemed to be a well thought-out haircare line that sounded and looked the part. I received my order couple of months ago but I only got a chance to use them this week - so I realise it's past the return period (if I could). Right off the bat, I'm super disappointed. The shampoo texture is very runny, almost watered down. I have long hair so I felt I had to use more than double the amount of my regular shampoo just to get some lather going. It still didn't give me that proper clean feeling. Then I "attempted" to use the conditioner. Unfortunately the pump was completely jammed and it wouldn't pop up no matter what I did. I had to take the pump out to pour it into my hand straight out of the bottle. The bottles are hard plastic so it's not possible to squeeze the product out either. I was standing there, wet hands, shaking the bottle just to get some product out. The conditioner was also underwhelming. It didn't have any of that silky, smoothing, detangling effect. I'm really not looking forward to my next hair wash day to be honest. Also, the products rated a further disappointing 21/100 on the Yuka app. Safe to say I won't be purchasing again.
